For our residential clients, we provide expert opinions of the Structural and Mechanical systems in a home about to be purchased or under construction. Our inspection services also include pools, spas, water wells, septic systems and sprinkler systems. Our report writing method is clear and concise, written in layman's terms wherever possible. As part of our standard report, we include a summary page listing recommended repairs and the costs associated with the repairs, as well as a slab elevation survey and a cursory infrared scan of the wall and ceiling surfaces.
For our commercial clients, we can provide a full due diligence pre-purchase package that includes structural and mechanical inspections according to ASTM standards. A similar package can be customized as necessary for refinance requirements.
